Bach at Noon June
June 15, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Event Navigation
The seventh summer of Bach’s music in Allentown begins on Tuesday, June 15, with the first of three virtual BACH AT NOON performances presented by The Bach Choir of Bethlehem at St. John’s Lutheran Church in downtown Allentown. Because gathering restrictions have not been lifted entirely, and with an abundance of caution, these concerts will be videotaped, featuring smaller ensembles of musicians and – unfortunately – no audience present.
Additional performances will be presented online on The Bach Choir’s You Tube channel on the second Tuesday of the month in July and August.
“Join us” as we present Bach Together June Watch Party – online in your home!
Our ONLINE watch party will present our June Bach at Noon concert in its entirety, recorded live at St. John’s Lutheran Church. The concert includes Greg Funfgeld’s informal, enlightening insights into the music, performed by exquisite soloists and orchestra members – see below for complete repertoire. Free-will contributions – offered online or through the mail – gratefully received!!
Please tune in and enjoy this gift of spiritual and refreshment from The Bach Choir of Bethlehem.
