Bach at Noon July
July 14, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Event Navigation
The sixth summer of Bach’s music in Allentown continues on Tuesday, July 14, with the second of three virtual BACH AT NOON performances presented by The Bach Choir of Bethlehem at St. John’s Lutheran Church in downtown Allentown. Because of the restrictions on gathering crowds during the COVID-19 outbreak, these concerts will be videotaped, featuring smaller ensembles of musicians and – unfortunately – no audience present.
These taped performances will be presented online on The Bach Choir’s You Tube channel on the second Tuesday of the month in June, July and August.
“Join us” as we present Bach Together July Watch Party – online in your home!
Our ONLINE watch party will present our July Bach at Noon concert in its entirety, recorded live at St. John’s Lutheran Church. The concert includes Greg Funfgeld’s informal, enlightening insights into the music, performed by exquisite soloists and orchestra members – see below for complete repertoire. Your contributions – offered online or through the mail – are deeply appreciated and gratefully received!!
