He told the Board the choir members were experienced\, fine singers\, and they wanted to rehearse more music\, rather than spend a full year preparing for the Festival.  He proposed a Christmas concert\, which has taken place every year since. \nWe dearly wish we could gather together to present the music and inspiration of Christmas. But for now\, let’s all “open our shut up hearts” to share this beautiful season online. It’s our wish that this year’s Christmas concert offers you joy and comfort\, and a holiday filled with peace and hope. \nRecorded outdoors in Nazareth and in Central Moravian Church in Bethlehem\, the concert features members of The Bach Choir\, Bach Festival Orchestra and our Bel Canto Youth Chorus\, offering seasonal selections from Bach and other composers\, along with poetry and sacred texts expressing the beauty of the season. \nNote: recorded following Bach Choir COVID-19 protocol. \nAmong the selections: \nJ.S. And while technology makes this convenient and accessible for most\, the production – like all our virtual concerts – is an expense for the Choir. \nContributions of any amount will help us offset the costs of this concert\, including the fees for the Orchestra and the video production.  We hope we can count on your support as we continue to produce our music virtually for your enjoyment. \nComplete your FREE Virtual Registration below; we’ll send you reminders and links  for the performance!\nPLEASE NOTE:\n “Reminder” paper tickets will not be mailed after December 8.  All registrants will get a link prior to the premiere.  Should you have any questions about viewing the concert\, please email Mike DeCrosta or Renee James \nWant to support the Choir with a gift?  You may also make a donation when you register. \nIf you’re unable to attend but would like to support the concert with a gift this year\, click the button below and then choose a donation level – Shepherd\,  King\,  Angel or Star of Bethlehem – or make a donation in any amount – and complete your transaction. \nI’ll give a gift to the Choir! \n– Or – \nText 4Bach to 44-321 \nThank you! \n\nShare This:
