Audition Registration

Our holistic approach to choral instruction is ideal for any young person who loves to sing and enjoys is looking for more ways to be musically expressive. In addition to solid musical and vocal instruction, we seek to grow our singers as global musical citizens by incorporating historical context, culture, relevance, and understanding of the text. In-person rehearsals observe the most current, researched-based recommendations for COVID-19 safety protocols.

Bach’s Matthew Passion with the Bach Choir of Bethlehem in Greg Funfgeld’s final performances as the Artistic Director at the May Bach Festival!
Tour with youth choirs from Washington DC and Wilmington DE in June 2022 tracing Harriet Tubman’s journey from Maryland to her home in Auburn, NY, extending the focus from our Spring 2021 Stand Up program.

How do we join?

Audition Interviews are low-key! No music needs to be prepared in advance. Singers will be asked to introduce themselves, sing several scales, sing a familiar song like “Happy Birthday,” and complete several easy musical challenges to assess current level of musical ability. We encourage both singers and parents to ask lots of questions to learn about our program.
